Human Resources Coordinator
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise.
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for hourly employees.
Posting, and managing job advertisements, setting up and conducting interviews, and completion of reference checks.
Assist filling vacancies utilizing temporary agencies as required.
Conduct orientations and onboarding for new hires.
Regularly keep HR Manager informed of any issues or potential issues, and possible solutions.
Perform other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Ability to multitask and prioritize items.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy is critical in this role.
Excellent communication skills.
Be able to interact and build relationships with employees at all levels.
Must be able to establish credibility and handle confidential matters.
Ability to work onsite every day
Experience with HRIS Systems such as ADP, Workday.
Competent in computer software such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
