Grant Processing Advisor (5 Positions)
Onsite: Edmonton, AB (Open to Canadian applicants)
Contract: Up to 12 months
Rate: $40–$60 (Grant experience)

About the Role
NORAMTEC is hiring 5 Grant Processing Advisors to support the delivery and administration of government grant programs. This role focuses on grant evaluation, compliance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate grant applications and ensure compliance with program criteria
Respond to employer and stakeholder inquiries
Monitor and manage grants/contracts to meet performance targets
Prepare program, financial, and compliance reports (CRM, Excel, accruals)
Identify and mitigate program and compliance risks, including fraud review
Support process improvements, system enhancements, and change initiatives
Address client issues and ensure high-quality program delivery
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field
2+ years of customer service experience
2+ years of analytical experience with strong attention to detail
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English skills needed

Nice to Have
Experience with Canadian grant funding programs
Strong organizational and multi-tasking experience
