Senior Scrum Master

We’re Hiring: Senior Scrum Master – Enterprise Technology Transformation
We are looking for an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives in a financial services environment. This role is ideal for someone who drives transformation, coaches high-performing teams, and thrives in complex ecosystems.

Location: Downtown Toronto – Bay St.
Onsite: Wednesdays & Third Friday
Duration: 6 months (up to 2-year extension)

What You’ll Do:
Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, and Scaled Agile practices
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and drive continuous improvement
Use GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to automate delivery tasks like JIRA updates and RAID logs
Lead initiatives on Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Azure Data Factory / Databricks
Manage complex systems integration projects and track delivery with JIRA, Confluence, EazyBI, and PowerBI
Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:
5+ years as a Scrum Master in large enterprises
Strong technical background (Developer / Solution Designer / BSA preferred)
Experience with Salesforce, Azure, enterprise integrations, JIRA/Confluence, PowerBI, and GenAI tools
Scrum Master certification (CSM / PSM) preferred
Financial services and Scaled Agile experience is a plus.
