Team Lead – Full-Stack Developer (Remote – Canada)
Salary: $160K–$190K CAD + benefits
Location: Remote (Quebec preferred, but open to other Canadian locations)
Language: Bilingual French/English – nice-to-have
We’re looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Team Lead to join a cross-functional squad building a cloud-native, distributed data migration platform. This is a true player-coach role—50% coding, 50% leadership. You’ll own architecture, code quality, and mentoring while scaling high-volume data pipelines on AWS.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a squad of 4 Full-Stack Developers
Build serverless microservices and large-scale data migrations
Automate data export, ingestion, validation, and import
Collaborate with Product, Design, Customer Success, and Implementation
Drive technical standards, mentoring, and hands-on coding
Must-Haves:
5+ years TypeScript / Node.js
2+ years leading developers
AWS expertise (serverless, microservices, distributed systems)
Experience with high-volume / large data platforms
SQL + NoSQL knowledge
Strong DevOps mindset, product-focused, and comfortable in ambiguity
Nice-to-Haves:
Bilingual (French/English)
Quebec-based
GraphQL / React / Functional programming
Personal projects or strong GitHub
