Account Representative – Field Sales (Halifax, NS)
Location: Halifax, NS – with travel to Moncton and St John’s once per month
Type: Full-time, Permanent
We are looking for a motivated Account Representative – Field Sales to join the Atlantic Canada Sales team. This is a high-autonomy, field-based role focused on driving revenue and building customer relationships in a world recognized brand. You will work with excellent leaders, who will help to coach and mentor you to be a high achieving sales and relationship builder. This role will be 4 days on the road, and one in office or home to complete sales admin per week.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage and grow a portfolio across the Maritime provinces.
– Conduct frequent in-person client visits (4 days/week).
– Prospect and secure new business.
– Present and negotiate logistics solutions.
– Maintain CRM accuracy and customer profiles.
– Meet revenue and new business targets.
Qualifications
Required:
– 2–4 years of sales experience.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
– Logistics or transportation industry experience.
– Outside sales experience.
Compensation & Benefits
– Base salary: $60K + commission – On target earnings if hitting all targets $130,000 – $140,000

– Field sales across Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
