Location: Flexible across Calgary, Montreal, Quebec City, Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver (Hybrid – 4 days in office)

Overview:
We’re seeking a senior Enterprise Architect to drive enterprise-wide IT architecture strategy, roadmaps, and modernization initiatives. This is a highly visible role reporting to the CIO, collaborating with IT leadership across Canada, and working with Enterprise Architects globally.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and maintain IT architecture roadmaps, standards, and reference models
Lead strategic architecture planning, technical oversight, and governance across projects
Collaborate with project teams on solution design aligned to architecture and security standards
Champion innovation, modern cloud adoption, and GenAI initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing technical thought leadership
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years in IT roles such as Enterprise Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Technical BA
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, SaaS, PaaS, Microsoft 365, SAP, iManage
Broad architecture knowledge: infrastructure, platforms, networks, security, and data
Experience in regulated or professional services environments preferred
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred certifications: TOGAF, Azure Architect, CISSP, ITIL Foundation
