Infrastructure Team Lead

I’m hashtag#hiring for a *Infrastructure Team Lead for a Very-Well-Established Solutions & Services Provider in the HVAC Manufacturer Industry in North America!
(*Full-time, Permanent, 2-3 days per week to North York/Toronto, ON)
[Salary: $140k – $150k base + Bonus + Benefits.]

Looking for:
·      7+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure operations or systems engineering (e.g., virtualization, server administration, storage, networking, cloud).
·      2+ years of experience in a technical or team leadership capacity.
·      Strong knowledge of ITIL practices, change management, and incident/problem processes.
·      Experience working in project-heavy environments and collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.
·      Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
