About the job
Our client in Oshawa is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support head office operations.

 

This is a 6 month renewable contract role. Ideally they are looking for an independent – incorporated consultant.

 

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
