Role: Shipper/ Receiver

Maternity Leave Coverage

Onsite Monday to Friday 9am-5 pm

Pay rate: $23- $27/hour + 4% vacation pay

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, package, and ship medical imaging devices and parts to customers and service providers
Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries and match against purchase orders
Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP system
Organize and manage warehouse space, including labeling and stock rotation
Coordinate with logistics providers and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
Ensure all shipments comply with applicable handling, labeling, and regulatory requirements
Support production with timely part retrieval and inventory restocking
Work with engineering and customer service teams to coordinate RMAs and service exchanges
Electronics testing and basic PCB inspection responsibilities
Visually inspect PCBs for damage or defects
Perform basic functional or continuity checks where applicable
Ensure received goods match purchase orders and are in acceptable condition
 

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory-related role
Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, electronics, or manufacturing preferred)
Familiarity with packaging standards, freight carriers, and shipping documentation
Comfortable using ERP systems, inventory tracking software, and shipping platforms
Physically capable of lifting and handling boxes and equipment
Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
Additional Assets

Experience with international shipping and customs processes
Basic understanding of ISO 13485 or medical device documentation practices
