We’re Hiring: TestRail Administrator
📍 Remote – Canada
Contract

We’re looking for a TestRail Admin to own and optimize our TestRail platform, supporting scalable and secure QA workflows across teams.
What you’ll do:
Configure and maintain TestRail to align with QA processes and project milestones
Manage users, roles (Lead, Tester), and permissions
Set up and maintain security controls including MFA and SSO (Azure AD / Google)
Support teams with best practices and workflow improvements
What we’re looking for:
Hands-on experience administering TestRail
Strong understanding of QA processes and test management
Experience with user access control and SSO
