Editorial Lead – Cybersecurity (Hybrid, Toronto)

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Editorial Lead to transform how cybersecurity insights are communicated to senior leadership. This hybrid role (2 days in office, Toronto) is your chance to lead executive reporting for a global cybersecurity program, elevate content quality, and coach technical contributors to deliver clear, consistent, and impactful communications.
What You’ll Do:
Own end-to-end editorial processes for cybersecurity control domain reporting
Standardize content, enforce templates, and elevate writing quality
Collaborate with SMEs across multiple domains to ensure clarity and accuracy
Influence executive-level communications and shape reporting standards
Who You Are:
8+ years as a Technical Writer, Editor, or Communications Specialist
Skilled at translating technical concepts into concise, business-friendly language
Experienced in maintaining editorial standards across large volumes of content
Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001) a plus
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to coach others with confidence
