Must have skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7+ years of experience with SQL database development, preferably within banking or financial services.
Expertise in T-SQL, PL/SQL, or other SQL dialects.
Strong understanding of relational database design and data modeling.
Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, or similar RDBMS.
Knowledge of banking data standards, security requirements, and regulatory compliance.
Familiarity with database performance tuning and optimization.
Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Proficiency in scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or Oracle Database SQL Certified.
Familiarity with banking systems like Core Banking, Payment Systems, or Fraud Detection platforms.
Knowledge of cloud-based database services (Azure SQL, AWS RDS) is advantageous.
