We’re Hiring IT Service Desk Specialist for our client based in downtown Toronto!

You’ll be the first point of contact for IT queries, providing desktop, application, and remote support while working with cutting-edge tools like Windows 11, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, VPN, and iManage.

✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills are key
✔️ 1-3 years of experience working in Helpdesk/IT support environment
✔️ Bilingual (English/French) is a plus
✔️ Microsoft/ITIL certifications are an asset
