This role is ideal for someone who thrives in professional services environments and enjoys variety, responsibility, and impact. 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or Client Services role within professional services.
Strong understanding of accounting, billing processes, and financial documentation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, with strong business judgment.
