We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Lead who lives and breathes C, C++, and WPF, and understands the world of industrial control systems—not web apps. If you enjoy solving complex problems and want the freedom to innovate, this is the role for you.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is NOT a web developer or full-stack generalist.
We want someone with true industrial control development expertise, such as:
✔ Industrial control systems programming (C/C++/C#)
✔ Experience with OPC Classic / OPC UA
✔ Understanding of SCADA, ICS, DCS, or HMI systems
✔ Knowledge of industrial protocols like Modbus or TCP/IP
✔ Strong low-level and systems-level problem solving
If your experience is focused mainly on embedded firmware or web development, this role will not align.
Nice-to-Haves
MQTT, IoT communication experience
Background in industrial cybersecurity (SSL/TLS, MFA)
Linux C development
Containerization (Docker)
Time-series databases
Interest in ML/AI for predictive analytics
Why You’ll Love This Role
🔥 High creativity and ownership — not a corporate bureaucracy
🌍 Huge global footprint — 30,000+ installations worldwide
🧠 Work with industrial automation, IIoT, and modern data connectivity
📈 Grow into both technical leadership + architecture
If you’re a senior C/C++ developer with real industrial control experience and want to lead while still coding, this is your chance.
