ServiceNow Developer

Procom is currently looking for a ServiceNow Developer for our client in the public sector

THIS CONTRACT HAS A TBD START DATE AND GOES FOR 12 MONTHS LATER (GREAT CHANCE OF EXTENSION)
LOCATION: REMOTE (THE CLIENT IS IN THE OTTAWA AREA)
LANGUAGE: BILINGUAL
CLEARANCE: RELIABILITY (MUST HOLD BEFORE SUBMISSION)

Experience:

🍁 Must have technical skills: proven hands-on experience in ServiceNow service mapping for applications. As well as ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
🍁Must have analytical Skills: Understanding of practice of application architecture, service mapping and infrastructure components.
🍁Must have communication skills: strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with various teams.
🍁Must have experience: dynamic service mapping for Service Instances within ServiceNow. Ensuring that the data is accurate and kept up-to-date.
🍁Must have experience with Incident, Request and Change Management use cases that use service maps.

Asset

🍁Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or similar certifications.
🍁Experience: Several years of experience in ServiceNow development and CMDB management
