Hiring: Senior Project Manager / Leader
📍 Client: Supply Ontario
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite)
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager / Leader to manage large-scale IT modernization initiatives in a public sector environment. This role requires strong leadership, governance, and change management experience.
🔹 Role Details
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects from planning to closure
Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, issues, and change requests
Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Develop and execute change management and stakeholder engagement plans
Conduct readiness, impact, risk, and resistance assessments
Provide project status updates and strategic advice to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with AODA, STRA, and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA)
Support testing, quality assurance, and project governance activities
🔹 Must Have
Active PMP® certification (PMI)
10+ years of project management experience on large IT initiatives
Public sector / government project experience – mandatory
Strong experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
Experience with modernization and legacy system replacement projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Start Date: February 16, 2026
Contract: 6 months (extension possible)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
