Project Manager / Leader – Senior

Hiring: Project Manager / Leader – Senior 🚨(CAD $90-$110/Hour)
📍 Toronto, ON | Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Leader with 10+ years of experience to lead complex initiatives within a public-sector environment.

Must-Have Requirements:
✔️ 10+ years of experience managing end-to-end project delivery, accountable for scope, quality, timelines, and budget
✔️ Proven public-sector project experience (mandatory)
✔️ Extensive hands-on knowledge of change management methodologies, principles, tools, and templates
✔️ Demonstrated ability to apply change strategies across organizational complexity, culture, risk, readiness, and stakeholder engagement
✔️ Strong experience in change communication planning and training strategy development
✔️ Hands-on involvement in preparing formal contractual and procurement documents including REOI, RFI/RFP/RFQ/RFR, ITAPP, SOW, MOU, and SLA

This role is ideal for a senior-level leader who understands public-sector governance, structured delivery, and enterprise-level change.
