Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong Change Management expertise to lead large, complex IT initiatives within an Ontario public sector environment.
Hybrid: 3 days/week onsite (Downtown Toronto)
Contract: 7 months (plus 12-month extension)
Rate: $115/hour

As requested by the client: recent experience delivering projects within the Ontario Public Service, municipal government, or broader Ontario public sector (e.g., ministries, agencies, BPS organizations etc)

Must-Have Skills & Experience
10+ years senior IT project management experience
Proven delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality
PMP certification (active)
Extensive hands-on Change Management experience (impact, readiness, communications, training)
Experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
Strong background in procurement and contract documentation (RFPs, SOWs, SLAs, MOUs)
Experience with AODA, STRA, and PIA
