Responsibilities

Review and update master schedules and work orders, establishing priorities and adjusting timelines based on project needs, resource availability, and work order specifications.
Participate in meetings with clients and team members to monitor project progress and identify follow-up actions.
Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, arranging meetings and travel, entering time entries, and preparing expense reports.
Compile and distribute reports on project progress, downtime, and resource utilization.
Ensure project control procedures and policies are implemented effectively across multiple initiatives, aligning with organizational standards.
Consolidate and interpret Work Breakdown Structure data to support project tracking.
Develop, reconcile, and oversee management and resource allocation reports.
Monitor project timelines and financials, making proactive responses to any deviations or issues.
Support the maintenance of financial and project performance documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Desired Skill-Set

1 to 4 years of experience in IT project coordination
Proven experience supporting high-visibility projects within banking or financial services environments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and high-pressure project environments
Experience with project tracking and reporting tools
Nice to Have

Prior internship or work experience within a major bank
Knowledge of financial risk management and related operations
Familiarity with project management software and methodologies
Previous experience supporting regulatory or compliance-related projects
