Senior Business Analyst

TTP is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead digital transformation initiatives.
Contract Duration: 4 months with renewal
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in downtown Toronto
Rate: $90/hr

Important: Candidates must have experience in the Ontario Public Sector or Health Care Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
– Translate product vision into actionable requirements and solutions.
– Lead process design, re-engineering, and continuous improvement efforts.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient and stakeholder experiences.
– Ensure privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare integration projects.
– Mentor teams and champion agile delivery and user-centered design.

Requirements:
– 7+ years of experience in business analysis and IT product management, specifically in healthcare or the public sector.
– Expertise in SDLC, JIRA, Confluence, process mapping, and compliance.
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
