Hiring: Recruiter (Contract)
📍 Location: Toronto (100% Remote | Occasional GTA events)
🕒 Duration: 2 months with potential extension & FTE conversion
💼 Hours: 37.5 hrs/week
💰 Rate: $25–$36/hr (based on market & experience)
We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter to support an executive-facing, complex portfolio across multiple lines of business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives as a true TA partner and can hit the ground running.
Must-Haves:
✔ Executive-level stakeholder exposure
✔ Experience managing complex, multi-LOB portfolios
✔ Strong organization, communication & collaboration skills
Nice-to-Haves:
➕ Call centre recruiting
➕ Insurance or financial services background
➕ Bilingual (French/English)
➕ Workday (HRIS) experience
