IT Project Manager – Government Technology Programs 🔐 Security: Ability to obtain Reliability Clearance

We’re looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to support high-impact technology initiatives within a public-sector environment. This role focuses on ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migrations, and SaaS implementations, working with diverse stakeholders to deliver complex projects from initiation through closure.
This is a long-term engagement with extension potential, offering meaningful work on nationally significant systems.
What You’ll Do
Lead full project lifecycles: planning, execution, risk, and delivery
Drive stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and change management
Manage ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud, and SaaS initiatives
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting
Facilitate governance, status meetings, and post-implementation reviews
Apply PMP, ITIL, Agile, and ADKAR practices to ensure delivery excellence
What You Bring
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (public sector strongly preferred)
Hands-on delivery of ITSM / ServiceNow / cloud / SaaS projects
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Strong Agile and SDLC knowledge (Scrum, Kanban)
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
📍 Location: Remote (with potential Ottawa or Toronto onsite as required)
📅 Start: February 2026
