We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Contract | Hybrid – Toronto, ON) 🚀
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in IBM Security Access Manager (ISAM) and IBM Verify Access to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, ON.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON
🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (3 days Work From Office)

🧑💼 Experience Required: 10 years
🔹 Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with IBM Verify Access
• Strong background as an ISAM Engineer with development experience
• Experience with ISAM Base, Advanced Access Control, and Federation modules
• Knowledge of junction creation and policy server concepts (ACL, POP, group import)
• Solid understanding of reverse proxy concepts, Authorization Server, Policy Server, and LDAP
• Experience configuring SSO solutions using IBM Security Access Manager
• Expertise in Federated SSO using SAML standards
• Strong understanding of SSO, SAML 2.0, OAuth
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth, OIDC, and other authentication mechanisms in ISAM
🔹 Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
• Additional experience with ISAM
• Knowledge of Ansible automation and DevOps tools
