Hiring: Management Assistant (12-Month Contract | Hybrid – Etobicoke/Airport) 🚨
We are currently hiring a Management Assistant to support senior leadership within HR Technology & Total Rewards for an organization located near the Toronto Airport / Etobicoke area.
📍 Location: 5915 Airport Road (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
📅 Contract: 12 months (Start ASAP)
⏰ Hours: 40 hours/week (Mon–Fri)
💰 Pay Rate: $30–$32/hour
🏢 Onsite Anchor Day: Tuesday (mandatory)

About the Role
The Management Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to multiple Directors, managing calendars, meetings, financial tracking, records management, and departmental coordination. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
✔️ Calendar management and meeting coordination (including offsites & events)
✔️ Financial support: expenses, invoicing, budgeting, and tracking
✔️ Office administration and records management (SharePoint)
✔️ Project coordination and continuous process improvement
✔️ Stakeholder and vendor communication
Must-Have Qualifications
✅ 3+ years of office administration experience supporting senior leadership
✅ Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
✅ Experience in a customer-centric environment
✅ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
✅ Eligibility to obtain and maintain Transportation Security Clearance
