Job Title: Project Manager – IT & Digital Transformation
We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead IT and digital transformation initiatives! If you have experience with ITSM, ServiceNow, cloud migrations, SaaS implementations, and a passion for delivering projects on time and on budget, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
Lead projects from initiation to closure, including planning, resource management, and risk mitigation
Drive stakeholder engagement, change management, and organizational readiness
Coordinate process engineering and business architecture for seamless project integration
Use ITIL, PMP, and ADKAR frameworks to ensure successful project delivery
Monitor project progress, report outcomes, and identify lessons learned
What We’re Looking For:
Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field
PMP or PRINCE2 certification
Proven experience as an IT Project Manager (government/public sector experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office
Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate effectively
Work Location: Remote
