We are Hiring Sr. Lead Instructional Designer

Remote – contract and Remote

Candidate must be based in USA or Canada

Responsibilities:
Creates training strategy, approach, framework
Creates Learning project plan
Oversees training timeline and manages to completion
Plans and Leads needs analysis
Prepares status reports
Communicates status updates and Risks, issues and dependencies to senior leaders and decision makers.
Requests resources from Learning Strategy leadership team and prepares the business case to enable decision making to occur.
Signs off on key milestones of training creation
Plans and leads train-the-trainer session(s)
Ensures completed list of training participants is accurate
Drives Data staging and access to UAT and training participants in collaboration with technology teams
Escalates risks and dependencies as needed, collaborates to resolve issues prior to escalation

Required Qualification and experience:
Design and build engaging learning programs (eLearning, microlearning, blended) using tools like Articulate Rise and Synthesia.
Ensure quality and compliance with company standards, accessibility, and inclusive design principles.
Lead project workstreams for medium-complexity initiatives and mentor junior designers.
Analyze feedback and data to drive continuous improvement and updates.
Partners with the Manager, Instructional Design to ensure projects align with strategic initiatives.
Must be Canada or US person
