Are you a hands-on developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and mentoring a talented team? We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive innovation and shape the next generation of a mission-critical industrial software platform.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
Architect and develop new software features using C, C++, and C#/WPF.
Gain deep knowledge of a mature industrial connectivity platform.
Champion best practices in coding, testing, and architecture.
Collaborate across product, QA, and support teams to deliver impactful solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years of professional software development experience, including senior/lead roles.
Strong expertise in C, C++, and desktop app development with C#/WPF.
Hands-on coding passion with the ability to learn a complex codebase quickly.
Bonus: experience with industrial protocols (OPC/Modbus), IoT, AI integration, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
