We’re Hiring | Test Lead – Onsite (Toronto, ON, Canada)
We are looking for an experienced Test Lead to join our team onsite in Toronto, ON. This role is ideal for a quality-driven professional with strong leadership skills and deep experience in the Banking / Financial Services domain.
🔹 Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Onsite)
🔹 Experience: 10+ years overall | Minimum 3+ years as a Test Lead
🔍 Key Responsibilities & Requirements
✔ Proven experience as a Test Lead with strong ownership of QA activities
✔ Must have hands-on experience in the Banking or Financial domain
✔ Strong knowledge of IT QA and Functional Testing
✔ In-depth understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), metrics, and industry testing standards
✔ Ability to define quality goals and measurement plans aligned with business objectives
✔ Extensive experience in system analysis, assessment, programming, and troubleshooting
✔ Strong expertise in compiling, analyzing, and interpreting test and quality reports
