We are hiring Customer Service Professionals to join a leading financial institution with operations across North America.
Locations available include Halifax, NS; Montreal, QC; and Waterloo, ON. This is a 12-month contract position with a hybrid work model.
Pay rates are as follows: NS $24.87/hr, QC $24.18/hr, and ON $24.27/hr.
Number of Positions Available: 8
What you bring:
– 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience in banking or financial services
– Contact center experience is a plus
– Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
– Attention to detail and ability to navigate multiple systems
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
– Provide accurate information about banking and financial products and services
– Conduct outbound follow-ups as needed to resolve customer issues or provide additional support
– Build strong relationships through empathetic and clear communication
– Document interactions and maintain up-to-date customer records
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of requests
