Sr. ServiceNow Functional System Analyst – 1-Year Contract (Hybrid, Mississauga, ON)
Looking for your next ServiceNow opportunity? Join our client as a Functional System Analyst on a 1-year hybrid contract in Mississauga!
You’ll act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developers—gathering requirements, managing agile delivery, and providing day-to-day platform support.

✅ 5+ years in a Business Analyst or System Analyst role with ServiceNow.
✅ Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, ITOM).
✅ Experience with agile delivery and stakeholder management.
✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Scrum certification are a plus.

Must be in GTA region, Hybrid 3 days in office, no sponsorships or third party C2C
