Job Overview:

– We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within our client’s product delivery portfolio.
– This role requires strong technical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
– The Technical Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
– This individual will serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership, taking ownership of delegated tasks and driving results.
– Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for multiple concurrent initiatives.
– Priority Management: Balance competing priorities and ensure critical projects are delivered on schedule.
– Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with business, product, and technical teams to align expectations and resolve issues.
– Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and escalate issues as needed.
– Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular status updates to senior management.
– Process Optimization: Apply best practices in project management and continuously improve delivery processes.
– Delegation & Team Support: Act as a point of execution for tasks delegated by senior leadership, ensuring accountability and timely completion.

Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
– 5+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in enterprise environments.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud platforms, and enterprise IT systems.
– Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
– Excellent organizational, prioritization, and delegation skills.
– Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.
– Certifications: PMP or Agile certifications preferred.
