Overall 2+ years of hands-on experience in Production support (L1), Splunk, Java
– Having Application and Maintenance Support experience. Having sound knowledge of ITIL processes.
– Monitoring Service now queue for incidents, acknowledgement, and resolution of incidents within SLAs
– Perform RCAs for Major incident bridges
– Good knowledge about continuous integration tools e.g. GIT, Jenkins, XLR Production support (L1), Splunk, Java
