Develop KPIs, benefits-realization plans, and executive reporting. Design AI intake workflows, prioritization criteria, and governance processes. Build rapid feedback loop mechanisms to accelerate decision-making. Conduct readiness assessments and produce actionable recommendations. Map as-is / to-be business processes with AI integration points. Translate business needs into AI solution requirements with architects. Lead stakeholder engagement, workshops, and change strategies. Recommend updates to policy, governance, and responsible AI practices. Must-Have Skills Strong analytical skills to translate business goals into actionable AI strategies. Expertise preparing executive-level decks and summaries. Experience defining AI vision, purpose, and direction. Strong background creating strategic documents (vision, pillars, executive summaries). Skilled in defining measurable KPIs and benefits-realization models. Experience designing AI processes (intake, triage, prioritization). Ability to develop use-case evaluation and scoring criteria. Strong data literacy (requirements, quality, governance, privacy). Experience establishing fast-cycle feedback loops for AI projects. Excellent communication and facilitation for executive workshops. Understanding of AI policy, governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks
