Title – Data Entry Clerk II
Location: Markham, ON
Contract Period: 2 Months (Potential to extend or convert)
Pay Rate: $19.64 per hour
Work Model: Hybrid (4 days onsite starting the week of January 12)
Key Responsibilities:
– Perform accurate and timely data entry across multiple systems
– Validate, review, and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness
– Escalate any data discrepancies or processing issues to maintain service quality
– Follow firm and industry regulations, guidelines, and operating procedures
– Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency
– Prioritize and manage workload to meet SLA (Service Level Agreement) timelines
– Support peak/seasonal volumes; overtime may be required
– Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of banking experience
– Minimum 2 years of data entry or transaction-related processing experience
– Minimum 2 years of experience with FATCA, CRS, AML, and/or CSE
– Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office and Excel
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle high volumes efficiently
– High School Diploma required; University Degree preferred
