Are you an experienced relationship management professional with strong industry knowledge and a passion for building long-term client partnerships? This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage, retain, and grow established client accounts while providing strategic guidance rooted in cybersecurity awareness. This is a farmer role, focused on deepening existing relationships—not new business acquisition.

Working with one of our top clients, this position calls for a Sr. Relationship Manager who can strengthen client engagement, identify growth opportunities, and serve as the trusted point of contact. The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, industry familiarity, and a proactive approach to client success.

Responsibilities:

Build, foster, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify opportunities to expand account value through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity developments to provide informed guidance and insights.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client needs and deliver best-in-class service.
Desired Skill Set:

5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or client engagement roles.
Background working in cybersecurity, private equity, or oil & gas industries.
Strong ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in a professional services or technical environment.
