NORAMTEC is seeking three experienced IT Technical Business Analysts to support collaboration and content services as our client transitions to SharePoint Online. These roles will help drive content migration, build information architecture, and support complex modern SharePoint and Power Platform solutions. Projects include upgrading legacy SharePoint 2016, InfoPath/Nintex forms, and SharePoint Designer workflows to Microsoft 365-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Support, coordinate, and guide IMT services across departments.
Analyze and manage IMT changes involving Microsoft Active Directory and file system security.
Lead stakeholder consultations and facilitate meetings.
Develop business requirements, functional/technical specifications, and documentation.
Organize and lead project status meetings.
Provide oversight to ensure deliverables meet scope and standards.
Prepare status reports and maintain documentation in SharePoint.
Apply project management methodologies to ensure effective delivery.
Provide technical recommendations, risk assessments, and remediation options.
Collaborate on proof-of-concept initiatives and production rollouts.
Support quality control, operational guidelines, and technology evaluations.

Required Experience (must meet or exceed):
5+ years translating business requirements into detailed specifications.
5+ years as a project coordinator leading technical teams.
5+ years defining project scope and goals with stakeholders.
5+ years gathering requirements from diverse stakeholder groups.
5+ years on complex SharePoint projects using managed metadata, workflows, and integrations.
5+ years developing, integrating, and supporting Microsoft SharePoint solutions.
5+ years developing integrated systems and technical design specifications.
