Are you an experienced Oracle DBA ready to lead critical migration and upgrade initiatives? Join a high-performing, innovative team driving large-scale Oracle transformations in enterprise environments.
What You’ll Do
Lead Oracle database installations, upgrades, and migrations (12c & 19c).
Configure and support RAC, ASM, and Data Guard for high availability and disaster recovery.
Monitor and tune database performance for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
What You Bring
8+ years hands-on experience with Oracle installation, upgrades, and migrations.
5+ years experience with RAC, ASM, and Data Guard setup and support.
Proven track record in large-scale, high-performance Oracle environments (banking, telecom, or enterprise-scale).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to Have
Experience with OEM/Grid Control (13c) or Oracle Exadata.
Expertise in database performance tuning and monitoring.
