📍 Location: Oshawa (Hybrid – 2 days remote)
🕒 Contract Duration: 18 Months | Hours: 35/week

The Quality Engineering Practice Lead will drive a major transformation in software quality engineering. This is a strategic leadership role focused on automation-first practices, modern frameworks, and building a scalable quality engineering function from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for quality engineering.
Champion test automation, CI/CD, and shift-left testing across the organization.
Select and implement tools, including Tricentis Tosca for SAP end-to-end testing.
Establish quality standards, metrics, and best practices.
Mentor and coach teams while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive change in a complex environment.

What We’re Looking For
7+ years in software quality engineering with hands-on automation experience.
Proven success in establishing quality engineering practices and frameworks.
Strong knowledge of automation tools, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps.
Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
High energy, innovative mindset, and courage to challenge the status quo.
