Senior Manager Sourcing

Randstad is searching for a highly skilled Senior Manager Sourcing to join a leading client’s Global Procurement team in Canada! 🇨🇦
This is a fantastic 10-month contract (with extension potential) for a professional who can own the sourcing lifecycle end-to-end. 💼
📍 Location: Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC (Hybrid model: 4 days in office)
What we need your expertise in:
Leading RFPs: Proven success driving complex sourcing events. 🚀
Contract Negotiation: Negotiating and drafting agreements with minimal legal input (this is key! ✍️).
Strategic Communication: Using exceptional storytelling skills to present strategies to executive leadership. 🎙️
A big plus if you have experience in:
7+ years in Procurement roles.
Knowledge of the Management Consulting or Software categories. 💡
