Are you a hands-on developer who loves solving complex problems and mentoring a talented team? We’re looking for a Technical Lead to drive innovation in a globally deployed, mission-critical industrial software platform.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor a small team of developers while staying deeply technical.
Architect and develop new software features using C, C++, C#, and WPF.
Gain expertise in industrial protocols like OPC, Modbus, MQTT, and help shape the next generation of our platform.
Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
Innovate and bring creativity to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You Bring:
7+ years of professional software development experience (senior or lead role preferred).
Strong experience with C/C++, C#, WPF, and Windows desktop applications.
Leadership and mentorship experience.
Experience with at least one industrial protocol (SCADA, OPC Classic/UA, MQTT).
Passion for hands-on coding, problem-solving, and building robust software.
