This is a high-visibility role working directly with senior leadership, overseeing 10+ workstreams, and shaping the future of digital service delivery for thousands of citizens. What You’ll Lead
Delivery of a Digital Identity Platform and Health/Citizen Portal
Governance, planning, risk management, and program oversight
Coordination across multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders
Enterprise-level change management & communications
Ensuring smooth operational transition and continuous improvement
What You Bring
7+ years in IT Program Management (10+ preferred)
Experience in digital government, citizen portals, or patient portals
Strong escalation management and senior leadership engagement
Proven ability to manage multi-stream programs
Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
Nice to Have
Health domain experience (EHR, clinical portals, data repositories)
Familiarity with digital identity platforms
Provincial or broader public sector experience
