We are hiring a Test Environment Manager to oversee and coordinate testing environments for our Banking client in Downtown Toronto. This is a contract position on Hybrid

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and efficiency of test environments, supporting multiple testing teams across diverse projects and technologies. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and experience in banking or financial services.

Qualifications:
✅ 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in Test Environment Management or a similar role
✅ Experience managing test environments for banking or financial services clients
✅ Proficiency in tools and technologies for environment management (e.g., Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
✅ Strong understanding of application development, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD processes
✅ Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with cross-functional teams
✅ Experience with Salesforce and cloud-based testing environments (Azure)
✅ Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking
✅ Expertise in Azure Cloud and DevOps
✅ Experience with OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)
✅ Knowledge of Kiali for observability
✅ Skills in analyzing server logs and diagnosing connectivity issues
