Skills required:
✔️ 12+ years of experience in enterprise #batchjobarchitecture and optimization.
✔️ Deep understanding of #jobscheduling frameworks (e.g., #ControlM, #Autosys, #TWS).
✔️ Experience with #realtime and near real time data processing architectures (e.g., #CDC, #streaming).
✔️ Experience with file I/O profiling, #logmanagement, and #archival strategies
✔️ Strong #SQL and database performance tuning skills (#Oracle preferred).
✔️ Experience leading solution finalization workshops and technical governance sessions
