What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 7–10 engineers.
Shape technical architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and automated workflows.
Partner with product and business teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
Bring AI-driven innovation into development processes.
What You Bring:
8+ years of software development experience, 3+ years managing engineers.
Proven track record hiring, coaching, and managing performance.
Strong communication and leadership skills; mentor and tech evangelist mindset.
Hands-on with .NET7/8, CI/CD, and cloud (AWS preferred).
Fintech or regulated environment experience is a plus.
