• Experience with design patterns, troubleshooting, and deployment

• Strong requirements gathering, use cases, accessibility, cyber, TRA/PIA
• Experience managing product backlog & user stories in Azure DevOps
• Incident Response & Case Management
• Documenting API integrations
𝗡𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲:
• UX/UI exposure
• Prior OPS experience

🔹 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿 – 𝗦𝗶𝗲𝗯𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗥𝗠
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀:
• Deep Siebel Architecture knowledge
• Hands-on Siebel Admin, Development, Web Services, Workflows
• Oracle DB, Siebel Tools, Open UI, OPA, BIP
• Experience with Solaris/AIX, WebLogic, IIS
• Service Management experience (Release, Change, Incident, Capacity, etc.)

🔹 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗜𝗦 𝗤𝗔 𝗧𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿
𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝘀:
• Strong ESRI ecosystem experience: ArcMap, ArcPro SDK, ArcGIS Portal/Online
• Infrastructure modernization/maintenance testing
• Experience with VBA, .NET, C++, C#, SDKs
