The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive office and administrative support in a fast-paced, professional environment. The role involves coordinating schedules, preparing documents, managing correspondence, supporting meetings, and maintaining organized electronic records.
Minimum Requirements
Education: Secondary school diploma (or an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience).
Minimum 12 months of administrative experience providing general office support.
23 months of experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
Security Clearance: Valid Secretclearance
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and correspondence using Microsoft 365 applications.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics using Outlook and Teams.
Create, update, and organize data in Excel spreadsheets and shared platforms.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems with a strong focus on accuracy and version control.
Coordinate administrative tasks such as meeting materials, travel arrangements, and workflow tracking.
Respond to inquiries and manage communications in a timely and professional manner.
Support internal processes and administrative procedures to ensure efficient daily operations
