🔎 Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Guidewire Developer with strong expertise in the P&C Personal Lines domain and hands-on experience with Guidewire Claims Center. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and enhance claims processing applications.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
◾ Develop and maintain applications using Guidewire Claims Center
◾ Translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
◾ Apply best practices: coding standards, testing, documentation
◾ Participate in code reviews and provide technical guidance
◾ Troubleshoot and resolve defects & performance issues
◾ Stay updated with Guidewire trends and P&C industry technologies
◾ Mentor junior team members
◾ Support continuous improvement of development processes
✅ Required Qualifications
◾ Strong experience in P&C Personal Lines Insurance
◾ Expertise in Guidewire Claims Center configuration & customization
◾ Proficient in Java
◾ Solid understanding of SDLC
◾ Strong communication & teamwork skills
⭐ Preferred Skills
◾ Experience with PolicyCenter & BillingCenter
◾ Knowledge of Agile methodologies
◾ Familiarity with cloud technologies
◾ Strong SQL/database skills
