Overview

We are seeking a Senior Technology Recruiter who operates as a true Talent Advisor — not just an order-taker. This role will partner closely with senior leadership and HRBPs to provide market insights, influence hiring decisions, and deliver proactive talent acquisition strategies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership, brings an Agile mindset, and does not require reminders to drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the Talent Advisor for designated tech business units
Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT/technology roles (sourcing → offer)
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for active and passive talent
Provide market insights and creative hiring solutions to support business needs
Ensure an exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience from end to end
Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting
Represent the brand professionally across candidate and industry networks
Must-Have Experience

8+ years of recruitment experience — including ~2–3 years in technology hiring
Corporate recruitment experience (in-house or RPO embedded strongly preferred)
Agile, proactive approach — takes initiative and works independently without hand-holding
Nice-to-Have

Experience with Workday (ATS)
Talent acquisition certifications

Not scripted — able to build trust and influence decisions through confidence and credibility
Self-driven, highly collaborative, and comfortable with accountability
