🔎 What You’ll Do
Lead enterprise-wide AI strategy, adoption, and enablement
Drive stakeholder engagement across legal, compliance, and tech teams
Champion responsible AI use, governance, and ethics
Run workshops, create training programs, and build an AI-savvy culture
Align AI initiatives with real business outcomes
👩‍💼 Who You Are
10+ years in digital transformation or innovation roles
Have led AI or automation rollouts end-to-end
Comfortable in complex, regulated environments
A natural presenter and influencer at the exec level
Passionate about impact, ownership, and visibility
